Practiced some yoga/meditation this morning and closed my eyes and went back to the Grand Canyon for my deep breathing. Important for us include this at least 1-2 times a week. As we get older flexibility, balance, endurance and physical strength is important and yoga helps improve it. This also helps prevent injuries. Meditation helps to keep the mind sharp and clear, relieves stress and improves overall well-being. In other words, more chill and relaxed
