Yoga Time

Practiced some yoga/meditation this morning and closed my eyes and went back to the Grand Canyon for my deep breathing. Important for us include this at least 1-2 times a week. As we get older flexibility, balance, endurance and physical strength is important and yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ helps improve it. This also helps prevent injuries. Meditation helps to keep the mind sharp and clear, relieves stress and improves overall well-being. In other words, more chill and relaxed ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Who doesnโ€™t want this?! Take time to take care of you and promise you will reap the benefits!
