Yes, call me crazy!  I really didn’t realize that I was running Washington DC marathon two weeks after my Cowtown Ultra.  Really!!  I’m not going to go crazy and just really listen my body and enjoy it!  I placed first in my division for the ultra marathon and I’m good!  It’s my one and only ultra so, happy with that!
